莆田市城廂區(qū)金鑫輕鋼彩板有限公司成立于2009年10月，位于莆田市城廂區(qū)華林工業(yè)園區(qū)內(nèi)，注冊(cè)資本2000萬(wàn)元，投資達(dá)6500萬(wàn)元，占地26000平方米，建筑面積30000多平方米，公司現(xiàn)有員工168人。擁有一支**的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)和技術(shù)人員，員工具備多年的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)、加工及施工經(jīng)驗(yàn)。公司引進(jìn)多套國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)化加工生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，是一家集鋼結(jié)構(gòu)材料、彩板、PU發(fā)泡板、樓層板、瓦楞板、槽鋼、C型鋼、Z型鋼、H型鋼、暗扣板、夾心板、卷簾門(mén)、琉璃瓦、波浪瓦等產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)廠家，產(chǎn)品可以用于各類廠房、超市、體育場(chǎng)館、倉(cāng)庫(kù)、鋼平臺(tái)、產(chǎn)品展示廳、采光頂、陽(yáng)光房、樓房加層及各種鋼結(jié)構(gòu)民用建筑。產(chǎn)品已銷(xiāo)往歐盟等國(guó)內(nèi)外市場(chǎng)，并以輕質(zhì)高強(qiáng)、結(jié)構(gòu)新穎、高效實(shí)用、價(jià)格低廉受到廣大用戶的青睞。同時(shí)，公司自2010年起一直致力于冷彎薄壁型鋼（俗稱超輕鋼）房屋體系的研發(fā)，公司引進(jìn)國(guó)際先進(jìn)的智能化全自動(dòng)冷彎薄壁型鋼生產(chǎn)線以及完整的超輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋設(shè)計(jì)軟件，遵循《中國(guó)低層冷彎薄壁型鋼房屋建筑技術(shù)規(guī)程》（JGJ227-2001）以及《澳洲/新西蘭設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》（AS/NZS4600:2005），結(jié)合具有多年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的設(shè)計(jì)、制作、施工團(tuán)隊(duì)，形成了集項(xiàng)目預(yù)案、設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、安裝，售后于一體獨(dú)特的超輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)房屋體系，產(chǎn)品特別適用于國(guó)內(nèi)旅游度假等項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)。多年的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，總結(jié)出一套嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)優(yōu)化的先進(jìn)加工工藝，保證了產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量，生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品居國(guó)內(nèi)同行先進(jìn)水平，企業(yè)創(chuàng)辦以來(lái)，本著求實(shí)創(chuàng)新、開(kāi)拓進(jìn)取的精神，不斷引進(jìn)吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)，企業(yè)得到不斷發(fā)展。
